Yes - this is where it needs to go.
Scorched earth
This is the way.
This is how it starts. 1 lawsuit will lead to others bringing up lawsuits. This is the way, legally.
The suits should be predicated on constitutional issues.
How about all the states that fired workers over the coof!
I seen billboards for something like that last time I went down to the midwest so something may be starting or I just read em wrong as I went by
Hey hospital who FIRED medical staff for refusing your fucking jab don't think for a hot second you're in the clear because YOU'RE NOT!!!
Hmmm. And how about all of the PATIENTS and their FAMILIES that suffered because of staff shortages and because of the STRESS on the poor overworked, remaining staff? I think we have enough to keep a LOT of malpractice lawyers busy for a long, LONG time...
Close those indoctrination centers
Geaux Tigers!
Huh, that’s odd. My nephew is enrolled at LSU and I KNOW he didn’t get jabbed. He has been doing a lot of online courses, though. I’ll have to ask my Mom what’s going on with all of that and let them know about the lawsuit.
I'm graduated from there with Bach and master. I saw first hand as a student worker and graduate assistant how everything works just below the surface..
Good! Sue them into bankruptcy.
They wouldn't even accept.my application. Does that count.
What district are they filing suit at? Who is the judge, who appointed the judge. That is all that matters.
I’m hoping they’re filing with a military tribunal tbh. Only way to get an honest judge.
Class action lawsuits can be very effective.
Good

I did not see that coming.
