I've seen this movie before, but then it was Sara Carter, John Solomon, and a few others promising "immediate results." As of mid-2021, I've quit dwelling on "justice" and will just wait and see what happens. I do believe it's coming, I just no longer hang on these threads of hopium dispensed by these people.

Let's think positive - maybe keeping the top dogs 'off the table' for Durham prosecutions is the only way to keep the door open for military tribunals for those top tier demons so they can face executions (for public live broadcast viewing).
I like that way of thinking.
Actually fits with what I think the Patriots are doing. They are removing the DS support structure, and the top dogs (with apologies to dogs everywhere) will be left all alone when their turn comes. In other words, leaving them with no options, and no hope.
I also think the Patriots are going to get them to publicly confess to their crimes. It will be their last act of defiance to try to hurt (emotionally) as many people as possible on their way out.
And let's also keep in mind that civilian courts/trials constantly involve "plea deals" and lesser charges/sentences. There's no "room for negotiation" in a military tribunal like that, IMO. And people can get out of prison with the stroke of a pen by the next corrupt President or Governor too. Hanging is a more permanent solution.

Byrne's thought process for the ending of this is way, way, way too lenient and I disagree with it. If what he says is true, the commies need punishment for what they did. His statement of what would satisfy HIM would be an apology from them saying Trump just made them so crazy they lost their minds (or something similar) and went crazy for a while. These people are not crazy, they are calculating and evil. There needs to be strict and adhered to punishment, not letting them off the hook with a truth symposium or whatever he called it, so that Americans will know what they did.

Byrne is an admitted intelligence asset, long in bed with establishment figures, who takes pains to point out he “didn’t vote for Trump.”
Add to that his confession that he rejected his Catholic upbringing only to find solace in Judaism — which rejects the Divinity of Jesus, offers no path to salvation or eternal life; nobody switches to Judaism unless they marry a Jew and have to convert, or fall in to the new age Kabbalah Jewish mysticism.
I don’t know why Flynn is so tight with Byrne, but Byrne is far from trustworthy or even a mature man.
