And they must match up in this type of situation. The investigation must be started within the first year though. After that, if the investigation is in process, it’s like being at physical war. It can run from 1 year up to 5 years. Now at the time occupation ends, they only have up to 1 year to actually charge all the parties, or maybe it’s to do each case. I know there is a military time limit on how long it can be from charged to trial. They can’t just stick you in jail forever until your final court trial. The trials must be done I think in 1 year to sentencing. Can an Anon with any military law experience help out with this maybe?
