The city is named Astana and is considered by the NWO the new capital of the world government. That is their intention anyways. It will be the seat of the world government.

Yeah, it is happening right now. Look at the stories of them shutting off the internet connection. They always seem to discount the people and the power they wield. I stand with the people of Kazakhstan and pray for their well being.
