During the recent earthquake in Menyuan County, NW China, a camera recorded a mysterious flash before the shaking, followed by a very late missile defense response. (1/8/22) Direct Energy Weapon? Didn’t Elon tweet about lasers on satellites on 1/7? Only coincidence, I’m sure nothing is happening.

Rods from God. Telephone pole size projectiles released from space that hit their target with the force of a small nuke. Used to destroy Deep Underground Military Bases or D.U.M.B’s.
Tungsten rods is what I read

Interesting reply. Do you know of any impact videos we could examine?

I was looking more for a video that would possibly show a huge flash, followed by a quick flash, to compare with
It's highly top secret so it's probably not easily find-able.
Still, interesting theory!
I saw this not too long ago, some people thought it may have been a rod
YIKES!
I wonder if it was another George floyd memorial. I hope they didn't paint one on 3gd.
It was never deployed.

“The Haiyan or Koko Nor complex in Qinghai Province in Tibet was the major nuclear weapons R&D center in China and, up to the early 1970s it was the major weapons fabrication center as well.
This large nuclear stockpile site and nearby weapons development complex had facilities for high explosive and fissile component production, general component (cases, electrical systems) production, final weapons assembly, HE component testing, and environment testing.
In the late 1960s as part of the "third line" effort to relocate critical defense infrastructure in the relatively remote interior, China built new [allegedly underground] facilities supplement the plutonium production reactor at Jiuquan [third line plutonium production reactor at Guangyuan]”
Here’s how close this place is to where the video came from:

Nice dig!
You were spot on with your comment. Wouldn’t have looked for it if you didn’t mention that
YEP! Why missile defense for an earthquake?

Musk tweet about lasers
Strange how the building's roof and whatever was lit or reflecting at it's base, were undulating up and down, but nothing nearby, or the side of the building, seemed to move in unison with it.
Looks strange and 'shopped to me.
It looks like the camera can’t keep up with what’s happening, causing artifacts in the video.
There is definitely a transparency of the building laid over this video. To my eye this video has obviously been tampered with. The camera being mounted on a pole begins shaking but the image of the building and foreground is rock steady? This suggests that there is something the editor doesn't want you to see. Any conclusion drawn from this clip must be taken lightly.
just looks like terrible night vision on an already mediocre security cam
The building moved without the roof moving. Either they are terrible builders, so that the roof is not connected to the structure, or there is some surreptitious shooping going on. The foreground does not move at all, neither does the camera. Which one would expect. Every point that moves, moves at the same rate, whether it is distant or near.
TLDR: Fake. It was prolly a lightning strike, followed by some ham-fisted editing. Earthquakes move in waves, like a blanket being shaken. Not like an entire table lifted up and down.
So why the missiles? I accept your opinion, but provide evidence to support it please.
I do not see any evidence of missiles. At most it is a lighning strike. The evidence is as stated.

100% missile defense system. Why after an earthquake?
Big Badda Boom…..BOOM!
The camera is just artifacting. Low frame rate, low light, low quality will lead to this
The ground bounces up and down instead of side to side.
It’s not like the camera is 4K hi-def either 🤣
👍🏻 Context made that difficult to determine lol
....propaganda
This video looks obviously doctored...........
