The documents literally say America created the virus and vaccines in 2018. Also stated the vaccines are not effective. Also states the program is too dangerous for DARPA

Didn't we also create the "Spanish Flu" at Fort Leavenworth to purposely infect the soldiers who then carried it to Europe?

Fort Riley, Kansas.

The 'official' story is giant manure piles were burning and the wind shifted and engulfed the local town and area in manure smoke.

There was also a vaccination program going on nearby at Fort Riley.

I know which version I believe and I believe I know why Kansas is never mentioned with the Spanish Flu in schools where I grew up.
