My employers' vax card deadline was last Friday before they begin the " disciplinary process ". Keep in mind, any harm (financial, emotional, health etc) that they impose on you will be part of a GIGANTIC class action lawsuit in the future.
I nailed them (an extremely large international company) with about a dozen questions they can't honestly answer back in October. They NEVER responded. I recently found a better list that I copy/pasta below:

Why is the CDC withdrawing their request of the current PCR tests on December 31, 2021?
Why do people who have been vaccinated still have to wear a mask?
Why won’t the COVID-19 vaccine producers reveal the entire list of contents in the vaccines?
Why is the United States congress, congressional staff, legislative branch, judicial branch, white house staff, illegal aliens, Chinese students, homeless, and CDC, FDA, USPS, NAID, Pfizer, J&J and Moderna employees EXEMPT from the vaccine mandate?
Someone here was posting the info on a website that posts jobs that do not require the vaxx. Maybe consider creating a post asking for that. I haven't seen it posted in a while. Of course, you could do an internet search as well. If you work in Bookkeeping and financé, I would think there would be lots of opportunities for you. I sincerely hope it all works out well for you, and quickly.
I wouldn’t submit a fake vax card- especially if your in the finance field. I’m in the insurance field & I know they can & will find out. If anything request an exemption- then agree to testing weekly if needed. They are trying to make health insurance companies cover the costs.(which we know will increase premiums anyways). I’m still waiting forSCOTUS myself. I am now 100% remote at my job and I LOVE IT. I can at least stand my job now. If you feel strongly about leaving- can’t afford the testing- what have you- then I would say In the meantime look for other jobs. Stick to small firms -under 100 that are not required under the fake mandate. And don’t be afraid of 100% remote jobs! I just recently had to submit my jab status and I am pissed off. I believe I’m exempt from testing b/c there’s no chance of me going into an office anymore thankfully. Best of luck to you fren!

My company has a "vax or test policy" and my line of work is considered "essential", but I'm in a weird working from home grey area. I refused to submit myself to weekly testing and be treated like a 2nd class citizen, because there is (obviously) no way I'm getting the deathjab.
From my research on u/20-guage's info, "vax or test" has no legal basis anymore than "vax or fired" does. Just think about it: it's complete medical discrimination to treat people differently based on their health status. The "Covid and Coffee" lawyer talks about this a bit on one of his blog's (from 20-guage links). The problem comes into play as "vax or test" is a "reasonable accommodation" according to my company. "Don't want the vax? Just prove to us you're not a medical risk to other employees by being treated differently!"
I have faith this can be fought, legally, but I'd like to get in touch with a lawyer and get some hard confirmation. Unfortunately, I've tried contacting Renz Law over 4 weeks ago and I haven't received a response from them. I think I'll try Barnes Law next and see if I can get a response there.
I've committed myself to being fired from my job and HR proceedings have already started against me. I believe they're giving me 3 strikes before I'm out and I'm on strike #2.
Not sure any of this helps. I guess my only advice would be to try going the religious exemption route and pray it gets you out of hot water at your company. Or buys you time.... hopefully class actions will get started sooner than later.

They can look up the lot number and the place it was administered to contact and verify that you got the jab on that day at that place.
Whether or not they actually do that is a crap shoot.
I think there's companies that will do this verification for businesses.
