It wasn't like just 2 or 3 intersecting like we typically see. This was full on like a weaving. Mind you there was hardly a cloud in the sky.
I seriously doubt this would survive long enough outside to be any danger. Plus, they would have to actually isolate it to drop it in such a manner.
