If anyone has successfully dealt with this, please share. I have seen the AFL doctors protocol. Something strange is going on. My whole family had COVID last August. All of a sudden my husband and I have had 3 episodes in the last two months, at the same time, where we both get insane chills, fever, cough, horrendous headache and body aches, fatigue. This also includes episodes of trouble sleeping and breathing. This kicks in at night for him and morning for me. Exactly the same every time. We both take ivermectin and usually are perfectly fine by that evening. Regularly take vitamin D. Even actual covid wasn't this bad for me.
This is the weirdest thing and feels like Covid is sitting latent in the body and resurfacing. Doesn't make sense why we both always get these episodes at the same time.
Please share any suggestions people may have to help beat this.
Take quercetin and zinc, NAC. Here's a big article on detoxing. You can still have spike protein damage from natural infection.

Perfect! I just need to find some NAC. Thank you!
YW. Remember, you have to take zinc with any of the anti-virals: HCQ, Ivermectin, black seed oil.
I didn't know that, thanks again!

This will costs you less than $100. I paid $67.00 for the nebulizer and 12.00 for 3% peroxide (food grade). I also add a couple drops Lugol’s iodine to the saline. You will need to make your own saline if you don’t buy it. Sea salt or Celtic salt can be purchased in your grocery store for a couple of bucks and you just add to water. I’ve seen this treatment work for people when all else has failed. Good luck!
This! H2O2 is a miracle nutrient and will probably completely destroy the bug according to most research papers related to its effects on other respiratory illnesses. Not only will it generally clean the lungs, it has a host of healing effects elsewhere in the body. I’m not sure if the link will get cut, but here is a link to the pdf I read about its effects. Lots of studies and reports by docs. Usage instructions, etc. it was good enough that I started using it in the ways mentioned right away (not for Covid).

Someone else mentioned this too, I will check it out!
Celtic sea salt doesn't dry out the body like normal salt.
I've had colds/flus all my life. This illness was definitely different.... No worse, but it WAS different. If you haven't had it, you have zero reference to even comment....
Stop telling other people how they felt and what they had.... Makes you sound fucking ignorant....
Yeah my family had rsv. Wife had all the covid symptoms.
Other sicknesses do still exist.
Antibody testing will clear up whether or not one has actually had covid.
I know it's hard to believe when you're not the one going through it. I wouldn't believe this if I had read this about someone else. When the second episode happened I was sure we had the flu. I've had the flu many times in my life and the cold. It's impossible to have either one without a runny nose. When a flu or a cold happens, especially if you have a fever, it doesn't just completely disappear in a couple of hours. There is a build up with the first sneeze to fever to eventually getting better in a couple of days. As I mentioned these are 3 episodes now, about two weeks apart each time with everything being the same, down to the hour when we get the chills. And then everything just disappears by the evening. I'm not saying we're catching covid over and over. This is as if the symptoms are resurfacing and then disappearing, like you get with herpes or lupus or something to that effect.
i wonder if it could be due to leaky gut.....just listened to this podcast last night, worth a listen maybe: https://uncoverdc.com/2022/01/12/dark-to-light-dr-christina-parks/
I got sick with either Flu or Covid over the weekend and have noticed the last three days I will be feeling fine when I wake up and then throughout the day I start feeling sick again and have even had the fever resurface twice. It’s like a 24 flu bug that keep coming back every 36-48 hours
This. It definitely has a unique cyclical aspect to it.
Thank you, that's what I'm thinking, if maybe we need to try ivermectin for several consecutive days?
You could try taking bromelain. I read some small studies from India where it cleaves the spike protein. I take it a couple times a week for good health. Its the stem core part of a pineapple.
Make sure you taken an empty stomach with water. Search it for more info.
That's simple enough, I think I might actually have some. Thank you!
I actually have some, will try it, thank you!
Actually schedule a "visit" with one of the aflds.org Drs, tell them about the symptoms y'all are struggling with, and maybe get some HCQ. Might be time to switch things up a bit.
Also, find an internist to help y'all. Rockefeller medicine is bullshit and won't help you with this.
This is a good idea. I was actually debating of doing an appointment with them.
Did Mono just up and disappear with the cold and flu (it can persist for weeks/months)?

Ok biggest tell is serious lower back pain. Like almost like you strained yourself pain, and this is before you begin to feel like shit. Next your going to run a fever, and if you have a fitbit or something to monitor your heart rate, your heart rate will comfortly be sitting between 90 - 100 beats per min resting maybe.
Just make sure to take Tylenol qnd keep your fever low, and your body in check and just get some rest because it will probably take about a week to recover.
Also if you have ivermectum that helps eliminate the sickness, I was lucky enough to have some, I forget the dosage but that shit works.
Again Coronavirus is really just a hyped up flu.
I find that flu-like sicknesses with fever are run off much quicker if the fever is allowed to run it's course.
90-100 is not a good resting heart rate.
It's not but if you take Tylenol you'll be able to keep your fever and heart rate under control, hence mitigating any real affects of the virus. Again to my point of it being just a flu. They fear porned over not using basic remedies, but the Tylenol definitely helped keep it under control. Again rest, and keeping symptoms in check will keep you from dying. Also I had some ivermectum, and it really knocked out the virus for me. Idk what to do if you have trouble breathing but early preventative work and are effective.
When I had covid, it took a long time to get rid of it. That is, it went away but seemed to come back with less severity, in waves every few weeks. I read tons of info as to why, never figured it out definitively. The idea of a latent infection seems to make sense.
But eventually just through persistent nebulizing, sitting down to do the treatment 3 times daily, even when I felt well, eventually it stopped coming back. I also took a lot of NAC, famotodine and vitamins. And aspirin.
I think the headaches and chills are symptoms of clots that possibly developed elsewhere in the bloodstream, but got freed up and drifted to wherever they lodge. I think the NAC and aspirin will help with those most directly. Good luck!
Here's the nebulizer instructions. If you use the search functions you can find a few posts about it with comments from others who've done it. https://www.spiritofchange.org/nebulized-peroxide-a-simple-remedy-for-covid-19/
2nd source for your hydrogen peroxide nebulizing. https://deeprootsathome.com/dr-mercola-nebulized-peroxide-the-single-most-effective-early-strategy/
Thank you for the suggestions, will order some NAC and check out those links!
Definitely get some NAC - N Acetly Cysteine. It is the best long term supplement to take. It is a precursor for Glutamine.
I will definitely order some of that. Can you remind me where to get it since it's not on Amazon anymore?
is it safe to assume you are unvaxxed? assuming you are, it sounds to me like you might be continually getting shedded on by vaxxed people at your workplace.
We are unvaxxed. I thought about this, maybe as more and more people around us are? It's so strange that every time we both get it at the same time. Seems to be every two weeks.
Very interesting. I don't have any experience with long covid, but just have a few questions.
How much Vit D do you take and what part of the hemisphere do you live in?
Do you take Vit K with D?
How long do you take the ivermectin?
It seems like your immune system isn't quite as strong as it needs to to prevent these reoccurrences. When your immune system isn't strong enough, it is usually due to nutrient defficiency.
I usually take 5000, sometimes 10000, with vitamin K. It has certainly helped with some muscle pain. I recently had my levels tested and it was 83, so I'm worried I will overdose if I keep taking it. We have only been taking the one ivermectin when symptoms start. Should we take more and if so, how much?
If it were me, I would take Ivermectin for 5 days at the least at the higher dosage. If I could afford it, I would also take it prophylactically as well.
