There's a video at the end of the article and its like a city council meeting or something where one guys says that.
When combined with them lowering signature thresholds and not removing dead people etc from the voter roles this become an EASY way for them to pad thousands of votes into the system and its damn near impossible to catch them. Its all one big giant joke... on We The People.
I think revelations like this are part of the psyop. The guy probably put in less than a dozen ballots. They're trying to condition people to shrug their shoulders and say, "Is that all?" Then they'll look the other way in the future and not even pay attention to the larger crimes.
But when the video of THOUSANDS of ballots is show in Georgia, the pysop will fail.
Once the video drops, someone should have a bar graph on the screen playing it at high speed watching the fake votes go up by the 100s overnight. When they hit twice the number of votes needed for President Trump to win, blow the graph up.

In Pennsylvania, a voter may designate someone else to drop off their ballot. This isn’t illegal.

You’re probably gonna get criticized for this, but you’re 100% correct. This makes it way too easy for people to shrug it off. “Oh, that’s all?“ Then any other time it comes up they remember this and how we don’t really “have anything“ and it’s very transparent that stuff like this should be saved for larger batches. Also, we also need people who are supposedly on our side to stop talking about mega revelations giant boom boom boom and so forth because when, inevitably, nothing happens, all it does is create an easier way for people to be tone deaf to what we’re trying to show them and tell them. I mean that’s literally what’s happening all around us and people still think it’s not happening. We overhyped some thing, it falls flat in comparison to the hype, and now we are all just a bunch of liars who don’t really have anything.
Hey I'm still holding out hope that there is something at play here. Idk if it's a "plan" but for a sitting President to say "We caught them all", "the election was rigged", "mass voter fraud occured", and for him to do nothing because he was "lame duck" and to not attend the "inauguration" of his supposed successor who didn't even get a proper 21 gun salute. The media liked to easily dismiss what he said but he was the fucking president of the United States of all people and it was brushed under the carpet. Idk but something doesn't add up and I have to believe they're still fighting to expose something because of how obvious it is.
No offense but this is peanuts. This video will not convince anyone that the election was stollen. Might even make people think that it couldn’t have been stolen. How many instances like this would it take to steal the election in one state? 1000? 10000? That’s assuming that the votes were not real votes from a real voter.
