It's obvious to those paying attention that their taking a preemptive defensive stance. Never before, or at least in recent history, have we seen such a build up of defensive walls around the nations capital. Not even after 911 happened, no walls around the capital.

They suddenly realized this is a medical decision and they are lawyers.
It is not a medical decision if Biden is mandating employers require people to get the vaxxx. The act of making an invasive medical procedure mandatory (irrespective of the benefit or harm to the individual or the US mob as a whole) is illegal in light of the Constitution.

The men and women who form the National Guard and their commanders know what is legal and what is not. They also know when and who the occupying force is, who the legitimate president is and what the law says. I trust the military to do the right thing. I do not trust the DOJ or other Government departments.
I wish I had such unwavering faith in the military. Perhaps when they remove the illegitimate occupying government.
A delay would cause more confusion and might coerce more people into the death jabs.
