The republicans have imo, failed miserably for DECADES when it comes to pounding this stuff into people's heads -- that it's the DEMOCRAT run places that are like that. I remember a couple of years ago having a political discussion with a guy I thought was reasonably well informed. When I casually mentioned it was all democrat run cities that were like this, he was shocked. Couldn't believe I said that. Two years later, he moved to a red state. It's amazing what people don't know.
It's not new they been doing it for decades.i used to find soo many popped boxes it was crazy.if you ever get a chance check out the video of them robbing a truck stopped at the light.
I could use some of them Rooster Tails. If they are just gonna lay there, need to rescue some items and hand them out. Be real good if you could find a mom and pop store, give it to them, let them profit off of this misfortune.

Oof. It was getting bad 5 years ago when a graffiti writer I knew was opening up a shop. Can't imagine how it is in current year.
