FYI, I found a gel at our local farm store and it’s a million times better than the white paste. The white paste is super bitter and the gel is almost good tasting.
You really only use it when you feel you're needing it.

Best way I’ve found to take the paste is mixed in yogurt. You don’t even taste it.

I use a gel in a plunger-type gizmo and it is almost tasteless but smells like green apples.
But right now, I'm doing daily with the Z-stack combo, although I saved a good bit on buying each element seperately.
