The comments under the video are saying otherwise. Saying this is a preacher and he is reading documents but it is not the president. Also numerous ppl saying on the Ghana website it shows their current admin still obeying and pushing the jab. It doesn't look to credible to me. Maybe some other ppl will chime in and share opinions also.

And then my Q-muscles kicked in, and I thought, I'd better do due diligence on this.
So:
I searched for info on the Ghana president. Yes, that's him. But I searched for printed speeches, addresses to the nation, etc, on both official and other publications, and could not find this at all.
Then I found content related to the post, that indicated it had first been posted at the start of 2020, or in April at the latest, etc. It had been posted on tel as if the Pres had made this declaration "yesterday".
Sorry to say, as others have, this just ain't that guy.
We've all been there. We've all been excited and inspired by something, and forwarded it before finding out later that its fake, that its not what it purports to be.
Remember this rule: The greater, the more impactful some story, nugget, 'fact' or report is, the more effort one should invest in verifying, checking, and vetting it before forwarding it on.
Why? Because the 20 minutes (or even 5 minutes) you spend doing that might save hundreds or even thousands of man-hours of replicating that vetting by other patriots who would (should) do it when they see it.
THIS is the real reason for due diligence. Not only does it protect YOU, it protects others, and reduces the time and effort required by those working hard to uncover and share truth to do just that.
Spending a small amount of your time might save, collectively, tens or hundreds of hours down the line. And the more time we save, the more efficient we are in spreading TRUTH, the faster we wake people up adn the more quickly we put the pressure on the liars and deceivers out there.
I believe when he was reading the plan, the 2nd lockdown was to begin this past Fall THEN after the DS took control over our basic needs, the vaxx was to be introduced and required to get those basic needs met. The end is near when this type of information is circulating! Well done by a brave man!

there's a reason why they use a picture, and not the video. This aint the president. investigation and verification shows this.
