My wife is double vaxed. She had covid last week. She's better now. The first test was negative , but she continued with aches and fever. The second test was positive. Now I have it. I have not taken the vaccine. 101.5 fever, achy back, chills alternating with sweats. I've been taking zinc and vit D. Started ivermectin this morning.
Fren, get yourself some Quercetin (500 mg), and take it along with your Zinc. Zinc, an ion, needs help to effectively get into your cells to do what it needs to do. Quercetin, an Ionophore, makes little openings in your cells to let the Zinc get in.
Not a Dr., not medical advice. But I take this regimen myself, and have helped quite a few people I know with it.
Spinach and onions also have quercetin in them. Though its like 27mg/100g for spinach and 45mg/100g for onions. Not quite the 500mg recommended dose. But just goes to show how a good whole food diet will benefit in the long term.

Don’t forget the vitamin C too!
The ivermectin is an ionosphore. I'm feeling much better. Still a little achey. Fever is gone
So glad to hear it, Dawg! May your recovery be complete. I'll keep up the prayers for you.
Thanks fren!
If you can get the monoclonal antibodies, get them. I had covid over new years. Ran about a week even with IVM. MAB's kicked it in a day.
