It's a brilliant idea because it reinforces the notion to the normies that this is something you'd never want to have reported. It is not a good thing to have the government to know you might be C19 positive.
This is the type of "guerilla warfare" that all of us need to be waging, constant harassment at every turn, no rest, no relief, no quarter. Make their system logistically unsustainable.
Just force them to deal with people that won't do what they're told. You don't have to take it to any extreme. For example, if an employee asks you to put a mask on, it is ok to either just walk out or put a mask on. You don't have to cause a scene. That's not my thing - I don't like confrontations.
But in the last month, despite an order by my state's governor, I've only been asked to put a mask on once. And that is visiting probably 50 businesses.
Yes, but we are all good at different things. I'm sure there were many people that were key to the American revolution that you've never even heard of.
So, suggestion, you stick to whatever it is that you're good at on the sidelines, and the rest of us will do what we're good at on the field. The action mentioned in this post lies at the heart of actually being, as you suggested, ungovernable.
What an excellent idea. Let's do all of them.

Be ungovernable.

And I'm not the only one.
I'm glad our Founding Fathers weren't averse to confrontations, aren't you?
