A future of (their) humanity living underground in safety. There’s gobs of environmental catastrophes where underground is the only answer. I recall a trucker’s report of lines of trucks moving supplies into tunnels around a year ago(?).
Moving trains, soldiers, supplies etc where they cannot be observed and targeted.
The US built it to be able to move force into major cities. But it is also able to be used by The Enemy when the gov’t is compromised, which was likely their true purpose when handlers told politicians and bureaucrats to build them.
