I got Covid on Monday and immediately started the Zelenko protocol. I‘Ve got HCQ, Ivermectin—both paste and pill, zpack, Vitamin D3 and zinc, and C.
And I’m not getting any better. I’m so weak today I can barely get up. The only plus is my fever is gone and the splitting headache is gone. Right now it’s my strength, which is non existent, and congestion, brain fog, and everything tastes weird.
I thought the therapeutics were like a magic bullet or at least would bless you with a less severe case. I’m confused.
What was your experience like?
Looks like the therapeutics are working, now you need to nourish your body and replenish your energy. Eat plenty of healthy food and drink lot of water and continue the vitamins. Keep taking HCQ/Ivermectin until you are fully better.
BTW, the Zelenko protocol should be taken as a preventative, not just gozzled down when you are sick.
Takes a couple of days, but u must rest and stay hydrated!
What's your dosage on IVM and HCQ? May need to bump that up.
Staying hydrated is key. Water and tea are good. IMO Gatorade is very good, and I was doing 1QT/day, but could have gone up to 2QT.
I’m doing 200 mg HCQ x 2
Try this: Two times per day take an alternating shower. 5 minutes as hot as you can stand and 3 minutes cold. Do three cycles of hot and cold.
Also, soak in a hot bath with hot tea. The heat helps your body fight infection and the alternating temperature helps to reset your immune system.
Gargle with povidone iodine or hydrogen peroxide 2 times per day. Get a diluted solution into your sinuses. Only a couple of drops in some salt water. Careful not to let it burn your mucous lining.
Go zero carb.
Get well and please keep us posted!
My parents weren't taking vitamins, but they had taken Ivermectin 5 tablets a while ago. They both got sick recently, started Ivermectin, 4-5 days later all symptoms gone except mild coughing.
What was the Ivermectin dosing? Please.... and thanks
Both of them took 12 mg tablet, once daily when they had symptoms. You should check Zelenko Protocol for the exact dosage thats suitable for you.
Please understand it depends on your weight. There's tables you can look up.
I started ivermectin on day 2 after symptoms. by my 3rd dose my symptoms were gone. the cough lingered a couple more days. The lack of taste and smell lasted a week.
My family (daughter, husband & myself) got sick in August. I had started the supplements about a week or so before getting sick because I had to wait for them in the mail (store didn’t have some items), but didn’t start ivermectin paste until a few days in because I was waiting for it in the mail (which it was delayed, I ordered it before I got sick).
Non of us got a fever, but felt crappy, stuffy nose, scratchy throat, cough, my daughter & I lost taste & smell, but hubby didn’t. I had a hard time sleeping at night. Non of us staid in bed or laying down during the day, we were up doing somewhat normal things, didn’t do much we just didn’t want to stay in bed laying down.
We took Quercetin, zinc, vitamins C & D3 and they took cold meds, and I took allergy & cough meds, because cold meds aren’t good for me.
I was the only one to take the ivermectin paste at that time, and that night was the first night I was actually able to sleep well since getting sick. And I got better faster than daughter & husband did. After husband was mostly better, he couldn’t quite shake his cough & when he would get winded easily when exercising he finally said yeah give me some of that paste, lol. He didn’t even realize it but within 2 days he wasn’t getting winded like before. He is an active physically fit 58 yr old. I’m not a very active 54 yr old (got some mobility & balance issues). Daughter and I got our smell & taste back maybe within a week or two.
Hope you get better soon. Just think now you have the antibodies.
Sounds like you are over the hump - the fatigue takes time to recover from - drink lots of water, quinine water (quinine is the base compound for HCQ), and allow yourself to rest. If your fever is gone, and the headache - you are getting better. The brain fog and fatigue is from the virus particle breakdown - it crosses the blood brain barrier - and that takes time for your filtration system to clean up. So anything that aids that - move around, get the blood flowing, lots of fluids, and for aches bromelain (avail online), ashwaganda, willow bark. Those also interrupt viral reproduction and help your organs process out the debris.
Yes I have used ivermectum for the og "covid" and hcq for newer "strain" personally speaking I think hcq cleared me up quicker, I think about 6 days for ivermectum, and felt better w hcq with 4. Easier to get hands on ivermectum at the moment, so I would say go that route. Also take lots of other vitamins will help too, vit d, c quercetin and zinc
How did you know you contracted Covid rather than just regular sniffles?
The difference being?
The point I was making was subtle: that we shouldn't care and just get on with our lives. The only time we need to worry about such non-problems like the seasonal sniffles is if we are providing end of life care for someone or caring for someone with a severely compromised immune system.
Apart from that, not giving a flying fuck is the perfect solution.
I was pretty much implying the same, treat covid like seasonal flu and move on with life.
I know because the shit they were spraying that day was making everyone in my area violently cough. that plus the fact that nothing including ivermectin did a damn thing in my mother's case leads me to believe this wasnt a natural cause.
He's good the cardinal signs of loss of smell, and splitting headache, with extreme malaise of legit COVID. Could even be the latest mutation.
Ivermectin did absolutely nothing for my mother's situation. Respiratory infection, died at the hospital, diagnosed as covid, and i believe it was at the very least not a typical infection, because ive never seen such a refractory infection that didnt respond to any treatment.
I know it is frustrating. I've taken the z protocol vitamins for a year now, doubled when I got sick last week with what feels like the flu. It has been horrible. I just took my third dose of ivermectin. I thought eating right and taking my supplements would have killed the symptoms faster but no luck so I got ivermectin bc im over being this sick for so long and don't want it getting to my lungs bc I have asthma. Still no relief each day I get new symptoms. Had fever on and off for over a week, body aches and chills are over now I just feel like I've been hit by a truck and have congestion like URI. I really thought today I'd be feeling better. Hang in there, flu sucks, I remember it took over 2 weeks last time I had it years ago.
I'm not sure what's the issue but do know that HCQ and Ivermectin as a zinc ionophore would mean taking both is redundant. That being said, maybe there are properties I'm not aware of. Still, though. Too much zinc can be a bad thing, and ionophores help get zinc into your system better. What is this zpack?
Took the full protocol (flpccc) and Nada symptoms in 2 days. Wife took full protocol and like you she got rid of the headache and fever in 2/3 days but the fatigue lasted for about 7-10 days. Just pay close attention to your oxygen saturation levels.
Here is the protocol for people that have Covid. You are taking the HCQ properly, but the Ivermectin dosage may be low.
Dr Z - Moderate / High risk patients
Elemental Zinc 50-100mg once a day for 7 days
Vitamin C 1000mg 1 time a day for 7 days
Vitamin D3 10000iu once a day for 7 days or 50000iu once a day for 1-2 days
Azithromycin 500mg 1 time a day for 5 days or Doxycycline 100mg 2 times a day for 7 days
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) 200mg 2 times a day for 5-7 days and/or Ivermectin 0.4-0.5mg/kg/day for 5-7 days Either or both HCQ and IVM can be used, and if one only, the second agent may be added after about 2 days of treatment if obvious recovery has not yet been observed etc.

I don’t have personal experience, however my friend had covid about three weeks ago. She was mostly on the Zelenko protocol except no HCQ, ivermectin or zpack….instead she took quercetin along with the other supplements. Her symptoms were identical to yours - fever, headache, lack of strength, etc.
She, too, thought her symptoms should have been less, and easier to overcome, especially since she was following the protocol prior to getting sick. She is now pretty much back to normal.
I hope that’s encouraging to you, fren. Wishing you a full and speedy recovery!
I felt a cold coming on, no testing, and took 6mg ivermectin that eve, then 6 next morning, feeling worse, then 6mg evening. Next day fest better, took 6mg. Next day felt better but coughed out phloem for 3 more days but had most of my power back during that time. Not horse paste but a different 'animal grade' iver.
