There was a story last Nov. about smallpox vials found in a Merck Lab in suburban Philadelphia. Why? Smallpox was erradicate in the 1970's. Perhaps a connection to this Lab and the runaway monkeys. (Lots of Pharmaceutical companies in that area, also)
