Maryland has some great America first candidates on the upcoming ballots. Maryland election fraud telegram (I know..) is very active and many of us know that our elections have been rigged for decades. Our (R) gov is a covidian rino who put us back in masks and a state of emergency. I don’t count on him for shit, besides telling us to “get the damn shot.”
I cringe every time Lockdown Larry says "wear the damn mask" and "get the damn shot." How he acted toward GEOTUS is as unforgivable as how he let the leftist county execs go full tyrant.

Absolutely! And yes, he’s allowed these crackpot county executives to literally go around the county council where they would make a vote, and instead ask the BS health officer for the county to mandate masking. I know Pittman is getting sued in Anne arundel county for doing exactly that. Now, what the judge will rule is anyone’s guess.. all I know is I don’t wear a mask, and if I’m asked to, I explain that you won’t get a cent from me or my family and walk out. Not even worth arguing with the brainwashed libs of Maryland. Mass non compliance is the only way, since my county councilman can’t even vote on behalf of her constituents, due to the crooked and rigged judicial system.
Judge ruled in favor of Pittman this week but it's being appealed. Stewie's a weasel. I attended the virtual county council meeting on 1/7, and Stewie conveniently didn't mention in his Capital op ed that the people who spoke against the mandates outnumbered the pro-maskers at least 4 to 1. The health officer (Kalyanaraman) is an absolute moron. He actually told one of the council members he couldn't recommend taking vitamins and exercising as a way to prevent Covid(?!). That guy has zero business being a doctor, much less making health policy.
Here's hoping Stewie and the good doctor are gone come November.

From my lawyer wife: As far as the ruling goes: The judge didn’t rule in favor of the mandate, that’s not what it was about. It’s about whether the health officer has the authority to make that decision even if the judge disagrees with the mandate that’s not the standard he’s to review it under.
I know the emergency order ends the 31st, and right now he's not planning to extend, unless ZOMG STEALTH OMICRON! I did know the case was about the overreach but I thought the district court's ruling was he didn't, hence the appeal.

What is so unusual about a Democratic crap hole having 123% voter turnout. Most red cities can only get about 50% turnout. Evidently the red cities have a lot to learn. Kek
I hate when people say MD is 2-to-1 Dem/Rep because less than half the registered voters are Dems. A quarter are Reps and the rest are something else, the vast majority being unaffiliated. Because MD is a closed primary almost 25% of registered voters have no say in who gets in the general. If the independents picked a side we'd have a fighting chance to get better representation in the general. I get that the MD GOP has been less than stellar, but it's the best way I can think of to take the state back.

Jamie Raskin was born in Washington DC and for the last few elections has “won” the US House of Representatives seat for Maryland’s 8th District. The 8th District used to be just Montgomery County which is an urbanized area surrounding DC. Before the 2020 election, the 8th District was extended north into significant areas of Frederick and Carroll Counties, which are typically red suburban/ rural counties in a blue state.

I remember seeing that article a while back and was curious if any progress was made. The MD districts were gerrymandered to hell during the O'Malley reign. My county is in 4 separate congressional districts. Hogan ran on fixing the districts in 2021, and now our only GOP rep is in peril because of the Dems veto-proof majority. Of course Hogan's response was to allow permanent vote by mail and voting drop boxes by prisons. So yeah, that's why MD is so corrupt. But people are finally standing up, and it gives me hope.
