butter bacon beef and eggs, eat until comfortably stuffed, 1-2 meals a day within a 6hr window, 18hr fasting window per day. No sugar drinks either just stick w water and coffee, unsweet teas etc. try it out for a week or 2 see how u like it :D
oh and u can add some veggies and other types of meats but beef and bacon are the easiest and cost effective
But I am super skinny. My weight is 75 pounds. I will loose more weight. I think, instead need more food and I am allergic to a lot of foods specially seafood.
75lbs? What? Well in any case just eat a ton of meat and veggies, and if u wanna add fat to ur body go ahead and eat carbs but its gonna build up in the organs and arteries too, over time
My problem is allergies (I bet when I was a little girl vaccines damage my immune system) and some other inmune problems but I am introducing little by little cow meat. I have not eating a lot of red meat for 11 years or more, once in a while I eat pork but make me sick. Carbs are sugars so I have 2 b careful with them too. I have to eat healthy healthy and at home not to get sick. Thank you for your advice and God bless you.

Another thing too, working out and building muscle is probably the best way to gain weight, assuming ur able to do it safely, so there is that
