What are these bonds?
Sounds like something that elected and appointed officials must get in order to hold their offices and titles. Basically a promissory note they they will uphold their duties.
Think of it like jail and bail bonds. The dude getting the bond must follow the terms of the bond or face consequences. They offer up a percentage, I presume, and so long as no one pulls them they can do whatever they want. It's like insurance against them going against the constitution. I think it might quite literally demolish the "democracy" as we know it and return US to a True Republic.
Yep, like some faggot running a red-light and crashing into you...you file a claim against their insurance.
Just keeping you know who in power.

Any current examples of how used effectively in dealing with politicians? Asking for my awesome Defend FL group who is wanting more info in order to possibly pursue this.
Companies also are required to buy a bond for public funded projects. If the companies owner dies, goes bankrupt or can't finish the job for any reason the bond hires someone to finish the job.
It's like liability insurance. You go to a bond agency and put up a certain fraction of the bond; say, $1000 for a $100,000 bond. Much like a bail bond. Then if you get sued while doing your job, the bond could be used to pay damages. However, it will be like having an accident. The insurance company can deny you too.
