im guessing the algorithm will check if who subscribes to the video is "undesirables", and in case its above a certain threshold they auto nuke the video/channel.
also if too many ppl are watching incognito, they cant effectively monetize, since they dont have any demographic/behavioral data on the viewer.
Who benefits? Established content creators, especially the FascistTube approved ones. What they're doing is preventing the average Joe from making a new account to post something and having that post go viral. Now, FascistTube says they won't let it be seen by a large audience unless it comes from an established and FascistTube approved content creator.
It's gatekeeping, pure and simple.
It's there to prevent the anonymous leaker from making a throw-away account and publishing something big. And if it does get posted this way and people spread the word on other platforms by linking to it, FascistTube asserts the right to stop circulation and moderate it to do damage control before it goes any further.
This is too stupid to be real...
Like, what? Who does this benefit?
From a censorship standpoint I can't even see it being effective on the face of it.
Are they really so desperate to just throw shit at the wall to see what sticks now?

💯💯💯💯
Ain't no way some trashy video from a liberals, near nudity, or other unfit content that "suddenly is popular" gets filtered in this way.
This doesn't allow "anonymous" viewing of content. It also won't show up in "front page" random feeds.
Yes. My response was for the questions, "Who does this benefit?" and "I can't even see it being effective on the face of it."
I was explaining the "benefits", not that there were no ways around it. Nevertheless, thank you for pointing that out for anyone who doesn't know.
Yes. Also; they've never paid any consequences for being evil, satanic, fascist pieces of shit, so why shouldn't they?
The vegan YouTube shooter was a hero who didn't go far enough!!!!
