I think you're right about the cortisol. It becomes like an addiction, that cortisol anxiety. It's the only thing that feels normal.
Personally, if I had heard that convoy was coming to honk honk, I would have scooted to a friend's house for a few days. That's just me; pretty low key and practical.

Yes they should leave Ottawa if it bothers them so much…..oh, but are they “allowed” to leave? Do they have the freedom to move around their Country?
