Aside from it being immature and a Fire Code violation, it completely fits the official definition of Professional Child Abuse under Safeguarding procedures. The students and their parents need to respond in kind by reporting all the staff involved to CPS. CPS will then have to investigate under Professional Abuse procedures, at least it'll distract them from trafficking for a bit.
in case anyone didn't know, CPS is one of the biggest child trafficking rings on earth.
in california, CPS "accidentally" placed THOUSANDS of KIDS, in the homes of REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS.
WTF is the purpose of the sex offender registry, if CPS won't even check it before dumping a kid off at some pedophiles house?
this wasn't an isolated incident. it was a pattern of behavior.
yeah, so imagine living in California, and some pedophile is browsing thru a school year book, and decides he wants YOUR child. like ordering off a menu.
so the CPS shows up at your house with some BS allegations, takes your kid, and delivers the kid to the pedophile, under the guise of "protecting children"
do NOT let your kids get their photos taken for year books.
you ever hear of someone sitting in a car, by a playground, or schoolyard, taking photos of the children?
they are creating a catalog, a menu, for their clients to pick and choose which kid they want.
you should look at the school yearbook photographer the same way.

Dang.
That makes TOO much sense!
Wasn't there a state senator a few years back who was dispatched into the great beyond for looking into that in her state?
