So going after hospital's surety bonds, just like many parents are doing with school boards, could be a way to shut down the hospitals who are implementing treatments that are killing people...ie Remdesivir and ventilators. Am I understanding this correctly?
I didn’t know that, and I worked in health care for 47 years. The ones making the decisions are the Hospital Board of Directors and the Hospital CEO. I can tell you they all have plenty of money and power.
Let's not cut off our nose spite our face by closing hospitals. We go after the hospital Administrators, Board of directors they establish the Hospitals policies, policies like if you as an employee steals from my company you will be fired an prosecuted to the full extent of the Law.
If the number of deaths and injuries are as high as we THINK they are, the number of lawsuits and penalties would quickly overwhelm the available funds to pay out to the victims. We're talking billions, perhaps TRILLIONS, of dollars here. The providers might not have any choice but to go bankrupt and cease operations.
Which might be a good thing in the long run, as the vacuum would be filled eventually by more reputable, ethical providers. In the meantime, however, health care might be severely rationed....and once again, people will die.
I think healthcare is already severely compromised. Personally, I won't set foot in a hopsital right now. Even if that means I could die. I don't want to be a test subject.

I am of the opinion that all medical concentration camps be closed and their staff be tried for war crimes.

At this point I'm tempted to get a tattoo on my chest that says Do not Ventilate.
ER's have the hospital right there. For E-Z BIG profits from their own maladministration because they maladminister so much.
I believe it is coming.
I did not know this.
Thanks for the info.
Murder charges incoming.
