Killing kids hides their crime and gives them a cover story to keep the sheep distracted.

Going after one person looks suspicious, like what happened to Seth Rich and Epstein. Those murders were sloppy because the Cabal were in a pinch.

Also the public has a hard time accepting that people in government would kill hundreds of passengers just to kill one person. They really need to research the Titanic.
