Why do people assume we would have had a years long lockdown? Seriously, I'm not trying to be argumentative. Just trying to understand the other side.
We didn't have a federally mandated lockdown with covid. It was decided by individual local leaders.
I also have trouble believing that the majority of Americans would have complied with years long lockdowns.
From what I understand, something around 70% of the US population has had at least one round of the vaccine. I really don't see there being a huge increase of people who would have gotten a vaccine that took longer to develope. There has always been a chunk of the population who distrust all vaccines, and the time it takes to develop it has little to nothing to do with them getting vaccinated.
Again, I'm not trying to be argumentative just to argue. I honestly want to understand the thought process behind the idea that DJT had no choice but to initiate Operation Warp Speed and why he continues to promote it.
I see so many people making such concrete claims about what WOULD have happened that sometimes I wonder if I overslept the day God handed out all the Crystal Balls that see into the future. ðĪŠ
For one thing, the bad guys have written about their plans.
But even if they hadn't, it doesn't take a 'crystal ball' to figure out their favorite way to manipulate a population...
First, the bad guys are very patient. They think in terms of generations, not weeks. Their plans are absolutely glacial. Why? Because when you move too fast, the population catches on. Ever heard about the best way to boil a frog?
Second, the bad guys use fear as the great controller. Everything is based on increasing fear. Virus, global warming, cold war, terrorism, etc... So how do you increase fear about the virus? Lock everyone in their houses while the MSM tells stories of how everyone that goes outside is instantly and painfully dead. Fear goes up, resistance goes down (but never to zero), compliance goes up (overall).
Third, these people are sadistic. Why simply kill your prey when you can make it suffer for a while? Ever knew a kid that liked to rip wings off a fly? Yep, these are those people.
So --- slow pacing, stealth, increased suffering, more fear, greater compliance. Why would they do it any other way?
But the vax was released while Trump was still President. So the bad guys had no choice but to go straight to the vax rollout phase. And it was too fast.
With the pace increased, they lost (a great deal of) stealth, we endured less suffering (overall), there was less fear (overall), and less compliance (overall).
Just out of curiosity -- what makes you think 70% of the US population is vaxxed? What's the main source of that statistic? MSM? CDC? Can you trust that statistic? Do they have an vested interest in making you feel like a minority? Have they ever lied to you before?
Where has anyone written about their plans to have the country on lockdown for years?
I appreciate you taking the time to reply, but you haven't added anything new to the conversation. It's simply more conjecture on what MIGHT have happened, while ignoring the points I made.
The 70% was on the very low end of the range I've seen from various sources. Not only the CDC, but local health departments, hospitals, etc...
It seems to correspond to what I have noticed myself, just by observing how many of my friends, family, and neighbors have been been vaccinated. And from what I have seen people say online.
Do you have a different percentage that you believe to be more accurate?
