Despite my scepticism, caught it from the wife who works with a partner who is jabbed to the hilt (even jabbing her kids) but came in to work any way because she's so jabbed (and wears a rag on it's face). Been on high dose D,C ,quercitin and zinc as well as the paste. Symptoms were mild but the sense of smell and taste loss is freaking me out. Any similar experience or tips to recover the senses?

takes a few weeks-few months.
My wife and I got the coof over the summer (both un-jabbed pure bloods over 60 who walked it off without going to the hospital death-factory). Taste and smell came back soon afterwards with some changes. I didn't notice them until recently with phantom smells I couldn't identify. Most foods went back to the normal taste, but a few weeks ago I got a coke from the fridge and couldn't drink it. I remembered what coke tasted like. This was not like that at all. It was what evil must taste like, a flavor so bad that I cannot describe it with human language. It could not have been worse if it had been manufactured at the bottling plant in hell for the specific torment of soft drink enthusiasts. No big loss. I shouldn't be drinking cokes anyway. I had a heart attack before I got the coof. By the grace of God I didn't die of that (widow-maker artery totally blocked for 18+ hours), and by the grace of God I didn't die of covid. I did take a lot of vitamin D and zinc, plus NAC, and the forbidden equine drug that shall not be named. (Absolutely fine now, worm-free and loving it.)
5 months it took to get mine back completely, let it run its course!! Good luck!!
Ivermectin fixed it in my nephew, rather quickly.
And yes, it was horsey paste
The loss of my senses were the absolute worst for me and I was panicking! Thankfully, they started to come back about a week after losing them. Keep taking the meds. :)
My husband was more like that, but I was tired and woke up completely without them on a Saturday, then the following Friday I could taste very subtly. I am now able to smell a lot better.
I lost my taste and smell last May & it didn’t start coming back until September. It didn’t fully come back until a couple weeks ago. I tried the ivermectin & vitamins but unfortunately it just took time. Good luck.
Part of your smelling apparatus is damaged. How deep the damage goes determines how long it takes to recover.
Yeah, just wait it out. In very rare cases, loss of taste and smell can be permanent, but it's much more likely that yours will return in time. This phenomenon has been known for decades now when it comes to flu and bad colds. Hang tight, and eat a healthy diet even if you can't smell or taste it.
Had it in November. Still have not completely recovered my sense of smell or taste. I’d be interested in any solutions for that also.
Spicy food
Along with everything else, do some steaming each day. Just put some boiled water in a bowl and (keeping your face a safe distance on top of it) breath in the steam slowly. You can put a towel over the head around the bowl to make it more effective.
Colloidal silver nasal spray, I heard it helps in regaining smell. I don't have any sauce, that's just what the guy that owns the vitamin shop I go to told me.
