Ivermectin binds with the spike protein and therefore prevents a corona virus from docking onto the cell membrane. This is similar to the way it kills parasites. I read this in an article that I can't find at the moment. I saved it on my laptop. I will update when I find it.
Not that a lot of people are on this train nor want to get on this train because we've been duped for so long that our bodies desires have changed, but eating lots of red meats and eggs are good at producing Glutathione as naturally as possible.
the liver: it processes the most poisonous substance to your body first. It processes alcohol (as everyone knows), and it turns out, the less natural it is to exist in your body, the harder it is to process out those very things.
Next it processes sugars and carbohydrates. These take a longer time for the body to process, so you should generally try to eat <18-20 carbs/day.
After that, it process proteins, which people view as "healthy" and they are on the right track, but not quite there. It processes fairly quickly as it is what your body is designed to process.
Finally, your body (after the above are all processed) will process fats. Now people talk about good and bad cholesterol meaning high and low density lipids (conventionally hdl = good and ldl = bad). This is not correct... at all. What bad cholesterol actually is -> oxidized LDL's are bad. How are LDL oxidized? Sugar and Carbohydrate byproducts from the liver. Eating sugar and LDL will give you the diabetes. Getting rid of sugar and carbs allows you to eat a fat heavy diet (which is primarily what breast milk is [~80-90%]). Eating a fat heavy diet, while losing weight, losing side effects from years of eating crap food, eating as much food as you want (in a conventional diet, once you hit a certain threshold you are done eating for the day, then people say eff it and break diet), feel great, and have high levels of glutathione in your body. You soon learn to dislike foods you once liked. Cake and ice cream taste weird, so does breads and rice. It leaves a bad aftertaste almost. Also, a fat heavy diet is easy on the teeth. If you go on this diet, you will have clean feeling teeth when you wake up, even if you only brush in the mornings (consider the teeth feel before you brush your teeth, not after obviously). There are so many benefits to going carnivore but the best one (to me) is that you piss off Bill Gates and many others in the cabal, plus you support a local farmer (and save money). Local grocery stores will sell you fat trimmings for next to nothing.
I’m off the train at my wife’s request/demand. I was keto leaning carnivore. I ate mostly cheese and meats, occasionally keto ice cream and bars. Didn’t do veggies or berries. Some veggies aren’t that bad, most berries have too high of fructose to outweigh the benefits. Not sure on “real” berries though. Like how blueberries and strawberries are actually really little and taste significantly different than conventional store bought big farm style (high bush vs low bush blueberries). I couldn’t tell you if the natural ones benefits outweigh negative (or even if there’s any)

Excellent post!
Are you full carnivore diet or do you do veggies and berries too?

Getting back on very soon though.
