Me either. I had been told as a child that the real President did not run the country; but that some Big Business people told the President what they wanted done. I can not remember the first time I heard this, I only put it in the back of my mind as nonsense. Now that I have WOKE UP to the reality of the truth, I realize now that I was being told something that I should have really paid attention to. Then I would have had my eyes wide open most of my life instead of waking up a year or two before the 2016 election. So this is probably true. I just saved it on my computer as a reminder of what I slept through. God bless.
When I was 6 my WW2 in Europe veteran great grandfather told me bankers run the world and to never trust the media or school. He also told me WW2 was a lie and that the British Empire and Soviet Union was owned by the same people. Shit like that is why I never trusted 9/11 the day it happened.
These days I'm finding it hard what to believe and what not to believe. So I just put my trust in the Lord as I know he will lead us through everything. Amen
its funny what we remember from our childhood. My father told me as a child that we live on a prison plant brought here generations ago and today we are paying for the sins of our fore-fathers.
That's a good one. My mother told me I was found out in the garden under a cabbage leaf crying and she thought I was so cute that she brought me home. Ain't it funny what parents will tell you? Some are true and told in a different way to make it interesting for a child, and others; like what my mother told me, I must have asked her where babies came from at an early age or she would not have said that. Haha.
My dad told me I fell off a turnip truck 😂
Hahahaha. I learn something new everyday. Now that's funny.
5-6 years ago a coworker handed me a article about vaxx causing autism? It was the first time I ever received a counter narrative article. I read it and was sceptical, is this even legitimate? I discarded the article but always remember it. Then slowly so very slowly I kept running into additional information. She was right, all along, I just didn't realize how powerful Mockingbird was. But I'm here now.
Good for you. Sometimes it takes a person a while to accept things, but it usually will come back and sink in over time. God bless.
The dystopian films of the 60s and 70s really presaged this era of fascism. Fascism, as defined by Mussolini himself, is the merging of corporate and government interests.
The James Caan film "Rollerball" from 1975 described a future of fascism.
The description from IMDB:
"In a corporate-controlled future, an ultra-violent sport known as Rollerball represents the world, and one of its powerful athletes is out to defy those who want him out of the game."
Other films like "Soylent Green", "Planet of the Apes" and "Westworld" described different aspects and outcomes.
Fast forward to films like "Hunger Games" and you can see their ultimate dystopian fantasy world.
Not to be left out, books like "1984", "Atlas Shrugged" and "Animal Farm" are used like blueprints.
These 6000 year old death cult really is fucked up.
I think the Left were trying to disclose some of what they were going to do to us over a period of time. And what better way than in films.
Most days, it's no fun being aware of how many horrible things are going on.
Yes, but it always manages to be in the forefront no matter how hard we try not to remember.
Yes. Hence, my name
