I never did understand the toilet paper thing. I mean, why? Why was toilet paper the first thing that sold out everywhere?? Did people assume a sickness would give us all the runs? It's almost like white hats got together and said, "what will the people associate with communism the fastest? Standing in line for bread and toilet paper!! Buy it all up!"
