However, let's break it down a bit. the past/present/future refers here to NO private comms. So that's clear. Q is saying, we'll NEVER contact you privately under any circumstances. Important for obvious reasons.

But seriously, I'm comfy either way. I'm open to the possibiliy that Q could set up shop in a completely new phase of the operation in a completely new way. But there would have to be serious confirmations via the Q board (8kun) to actually verify that.
It seems very possible that Nunes, Patel, and the TS developers are having some fun. Generating a bit of Qaotic excitement. So many habbeings, I'm OK with that.

Also, subsequent diggings lead me to find at least 3 posts with "NO comms" phrase. As my hair get greyer, my memory mixes up stuff, and "no outside comms" - an often quoted phrase, replaced the actual Q phrases in my memory.
