Canadian here. It's not even on our app store.
My girlfriend created her log in and password 2 hours after it opened on Feb 20th. Once she successfully created her info it showed #12,245 & we love you but due to the high volume you have been placed on a waiting list. A few hours later, she logged on using the username and password she created and it showed #103,479 with the same info success we love you and she's on the waiting list. Then the next day she received an email saying Congratulations you have successfully created your username and password and they showed #23,249. So she logged on once again and it shows #103,479. It goes on to say she will be notified and to wait for email and be sure to allow push notification? She's yet to hear anything and it's showing the same #103,479. She has the patience of a gnat and lm tired of listening to her. Anyone else experience anything similar so l can tell her she's not alone?
Yep. Similar situation here. After a couple attempts I got “in” at #302,300 and patiently waiting. Reassure her she is not alone. Take a deep breath and wait it out. I am confident it will be well worth the wait.
