Strange, i heard that was a Ukrainian Mobile SAM (Russian made, just like most of the Ukrainian hardware), he lost control and skid across the road.

Why would a lone Russian moblie sam be just driving around in the middle of a Ukrainian City with absolutely 0 support? dont you find that a bit odd?
