Define bio-weapon. They probably would have described the Wuhan lab in the exact same way as these labs in Ukraine. And I'd say Sars-CoV-2 was cooked up in a lab very much like the ones in Ukraine and was released purposely to spread around the world. So it was used as a bioweapon.
They should all be shut down or at least regulated by a non-partisan organization, and audited constantly.

My hypothesis is that Ukraine had orders to sabotage the sarcophagus and blame it on Russia to invoke Article V and drag in NATO so Russia secured it pre-emptively.
