The strange thing is all the other videos I've downloaded and uploaded work fine yet somehow I can't watch this specific one from here on GAW.
I am able to download it from here and watch it offline.

I was just kidding about IE. Real talk, though, it might be the settings in your browser or an extension/plugin that's blocking the video. I'd mess around with turning things off and on and see what works.
