This got me thinking. If you watch the explanation of David Lauer on how high frequency trading occurs on Wallstreet, it's incredible: high frequency trading with sophisticated algorithms. Unknown to many people, financial institutions have incredibly fast fiber-optic cables directly connected to the NYSE server. And believe it or not, these financial institution's computers practically live in the same basement as the NYSE servers.
Unfortunately, WE (the people) don't have that immediate access to the markets like THEY (DS) do. Our government allows these financial institutions to use sophisticated algorithms to even 'predict' how the market will respond within micro-seconds. Yes, micro-seconds. It's incredible, the sheer volume of our market is traded by algorithms alone, really boxing out any type of human intervention. And if you add all this up, you'll come to the simple conclusion that our entire stock market is one massive fraud, one algorithm battling another.
Imagine how artificial intelligence (AI) could be leveraged to capitalize on this, and even as far as 'predicting' into the future? Imagine if AI had the ability to predict human events and how we would react to them? Imagine if AI could shape then entire economic/financial system based on these algorithms? Imagine if this has already happened and how dangerous AI really can be….
What if there are classified AI (machine learning) programs that are so advance that they are able to 'peek' into the future based on what is written, on TV and other media formats? That the AI is able to discern and "predict" future events based off of what it can analzye - or what is published to the internet.
Imagine AI so advance that not only can it 'peek' into the future anymore but it can actually manipulate how we perceive our own reality? That at the end of the day, all the AI algos care about is its true function & design: PROFITS. And the absolute best way of achieving a desired outcome, is to control the rules, ie, distort our own reality. It's not that advance AI needs to 'predict' outcomes anymore, it's that they are able create the CONDITIONS necessary for the DESIRED OUTCOMES.
What if the reason why Q (quantum computing) exists was a way to bypass these AI algorithms in order to communicate with us -while at the same time - making it difficult for AI algos to pick up what is being communicated? No matter how technical computers and AI can be, they have a massive flaw. It's a flaw that makes us human: context, emotions & illogical behavior. This is why ‘memes’ are effective. Humans, by nature, are unpredictable.
What if AI algos created the 4am talking points in order to 'control' the narrative? That the financial institutions and our media are inseparable?
What if, in some way, the Matrix is actually real?
Edit: One more thing: The stock market is effectively built on “confidence”, which is really “perception” (and you can see where I’m going with this based on my above comments). For example, we can see how quickly a good day in the markets can immediately go south simply based on national and international events. Imagine if something so wild as to admit that we have aliens who live on the moon or we have all these cures and technological advancements that can propel our civilization… how quickly the public’s faith in these institutions would dissolve, like the financial institution. And if that happens, you pull the plug on everything. An awake public is literally what they fear… for this very reason.
If people refuse to believe in the system, then they are free from control.
I'm so damn tired, I can't write much tonight.
It's not a "sentient" AI they would have developed.
And it wouldn't see into the "future", at least not how we would interpret the future to be.
It carefully calculates the current Cycle.
You see, events in the World are bound to the Cycles -- a carefully laid out repetition of the Universe.
Think of it like a heartbeat.
Every time your heart beats, a series of events happen in a predictable order.
If the heart beat increases, when the body is under stress, then additional predictable events and releases occur.
Knowing the full system, you can create an AI that can successfully sample the blood in the body and determine what point in the cycle we are in and the nature of the stressful situation.
We have warm ages and ice ages, correct? Summer, fall, winter, and spring, right?
The Universe has its own seasons. Seasons within seasons, within seasons.
The small little goobers on a spec of dust that we are; we can only see a fraction of the total Seasonal pattern that takes place on the Universal Stage.
However, you can reverse-engineer the process after many years of sample data, and determine with great precision where exactly we rest on the Universal Cycle.
They think we are 1 revolution ahead than we actually are. That's why they are so literally hell-bent on fulfilling the end-times prophecy.
Instead, they have miscalculated and are about 1200 years off, or at least that's my best guess.
They fucked up because they are impatient little brats and wanted their Dark Age right "now, now, now!"
In computing/AI terms a 'cycle' would be the process of going from one set of inputs to it's output form.
The only way that there could be a 'sentient' AI is through quantum computing since that's the only real way that we could replicate that actual function of neurons rather than a mathematical representation of the most efficient neuronal connections.
I don't believe that any man-made system reflects the grand cycles as you're describing.
Neurons don't think, its our microubules that enable this.
See Orch-OR by Penrose and Hameroff, the theory of quantum consciousness. They connect us to the universe and enable our souls to leave us when we die.
That's more or less what I was thinking about, even though I was not explicitly aware of that theory.
You're not understanding my meaning.
By Cycles, I mean Seasonal cycles.
I'm not making much mention on what type of AI they are using, because if I knew what it was I would probably be shot by now.
No, all I'm saying is that whatever AI they are using isn't evaluating current events or quantum in an attempt to predict the future (predictive programming) but rather that there is a nature to the Universe by which events are most likely to occur on set dated intervals. Thus, a Cycle forms.
For example, some say that Rome fell the last time Pluto took its current pattern in the sky. If our modern "Rome" falls, then it marks an event.
So, yeah, I'm saying astrology has some merit.
Many believe that quantum events are random by definition. I have my doubts on this theory. I believe that even random events will eventually have overflow, and there are several experiments that have proven this.
https://news.mit.edu/2019/fractal-patterns-quantum-1016
The AI would evaluate these patterns, as all AI are just systems that detect a pattern and act on that pattern.
The Cycles of the Universe is the overarching pattern by which the Universe spins. If you can tap into it, you can effectively "predict the future" but it is no less mystical than predicting a head-on collision between two cars before they actually touch bumper-to-bumper. It's very simple to be able to predict such an event, if you position yourself at the correct vantage point. We, tiny little things that we are, have a poor vantage point to predict Universal events, but an AI can allow us to shift out perspective in ways that require far too many spatial calculations for the human mind.
Or They follow astrology to give them luck so they're trying hard to collapse us at this time so that it lines ups. Kinda like how Aztec priests could calculate eclipses but kept that knowledge secret so that their sacrifices seem magical to the populace.
You never fail to amaze me sleepydude! Thanks for your insight.

Yeah, those lights were totally not set up in the design of the constellation on purpose... certainly a coincidence! 🐸
Best line from MiB
Although I believe there are many nerds working towards that.
