Not the right age to be Putin. Putin was born in 1952. Reagan was in office from 1981 - 1989. Putin would be 29 to 37 during this period. You're waaaaay off buddy.

I see Gorby, so I would assume that is where the Russians all were. I'm assuming that the person you think is Putin is an American tourist that happened to meet Reagan.
