At a time when the world should be pushing for more nuclear power, Germany makes the idiotic decision to phase out nuclear in favour of renewables.... They lost their cheap, clean nuclear electricity. In combination of shutting down their baseload nuclear and coal, they went changed from being a net energy EXPORTER for two decades, to a net energy IMPORTER in 2019.
An absolute tradegy for the one of Europe's greatest industrial powerhouses, a situation where the beaureaucratic elite really do not have the interests of the people in mind.
P.S. great photo, smug imbeciles. And once again the GEOTUS is proven correct
Were [they] actually happy about that? Or, were those smiles out of desperation, fear, and embarrassment? Or, were those Trump supporters smiling? Or, were [they] smiling because [they] knew what was coming toward POTUS45 and erroneously thought he'd be defeated?
German state TV's Trump coverage was 99% negative (saw a stat), even higher % than CNN. German state TV basically sets the tone for all the rest of Gernan media. Gives you an idea at how they viewed Trump's comments.
Just fyi, German state TV (that every houshold is FORCED to pay approx 22$ per month, no matter whether you own a TV) is wrong about every other topic in the world as well.
I've just listened to Lukas Hermsmeier's review „Uprising. Amerikas neue Linke“ on DLF's "Andruck – Das Magazin für Politische Literatur" - BLM is good, AOC is a hero, she manages to change public policy, the attack on the Capitol, what is going on over there? DLF is so far on the left side of the political spectrum that the notion of political spectrum has no meaning anymore... It was so cringy it made me sick.
DLF is an Atlantic Council mouthpiece unfortunately. They love having experts and historians explain events, every time I google their names, they're AC or a similar think-tank.
2018: Yah, Trump you're a buffoon.. 2022: Yah, we'll suck dick for a pint of oil.
Thank you Zeitreise.

lol how is this picture not a meme already.
Putin has them over the barrel
Then I hope "Because you'd be in jail" only takes a tiny bit of more time.
That will be an awesome bit of reassurance for weary patriots.

Interesting piece of information, thank you.
And here I thought taxation without representation was bad even for something as "petty" as a tea tax.
Almost like it was planned?
Not laughing now are they?
