I have a theory about this. If individual hospitals and doctors are hit with massive lawsuits they will just claim bankruptcy and people will be left with a meaningless settlement. BUT the US Government and Big Pharma and the fake agencies have the deep pockets and ultimately they should be the ones to pay. The scam of HMO and Insurance Companies must be broken up.
Agree, if hospitals get bankrupted the top of the pyramid gets off unscathed.
About 327 million people deep.
Touche!
The real problem is those deep pockets often lead right back to We The People in the form of taxes. If everyone sues and we get a massive payment they will just print more money and in the end it just comes out of our own pockets. This problem is way bigger than lawsuits and payouts. These people need to go to jail(or in a few cases be hung) and every penny they have left needs to be paid to the ones that suffered the most... IE loved ones died. It will never be enough but we get some satisfaction knowing they were punished. A big payout is pointless if all it does is shift suffering onto people who did nothing wrong and allow these evil SOB to literally get away with murder.
Yea. I'm in FL. I was pissed when I first saw this weeks ago. I just shrugged it off because there has to be more to it than we're being told. IMO, Desantis is one of the good guys.
If we had a real justice system this would be unconstitutional. The government cannot negotiate with out rights.
They already had indemnity. Now this? Will it stand up when revealed that it was all fraud? The Nuremberg code was violated and people did not have informed consent.
I remember Ron D saying the elections were free and fair.
If the people that got vaccinated made the adminstrators of that vaccine sign a notice of liability form beforehand they could be held liable. TL:DR. Nobody in their right mind will sign that form. Therefore, when you are forced to get a vaccine, you're going to have a hard time finding anyone that will give it to you.
I like how the government can just hand out immunity to whoever they want to
I agree with his decision.
Nurses, Doctors, Clinics and Hospitals shouldn't be held liable for Covid-19 vaccine related problems. They were following orders and administering a CDC approved "emergency vaccine". They aren't responsible for the "vaccine" related health problems.
The PHARMACEUTICAL companies are liable. DeSantis didn't do anything to shield them from liability. Also, the MEDIA is liable for not providing information about known harmful side effects and for constantly promoting the vax as "safe and effective" despite tons of evidence to the contrary.
We don't want our hospitals sued out of existence.
Following orders is no excuse. They also failed to provide informed consent, which is required.
Wtf
I think he wants the damage claims to go all the way to the top. Good move, methinks.
Now, we all know.
Dam.... I really wanted to believe he'd not sign that Bill.....
Destroying our hospital system is not the answer, that blames the middle man. Those who should be liable are FDA, CDC, and above all moderna/pfizer.
There were many within that knew exactly what they were doing. The hospital system is for profit, not for you. It is going with those that situated it!
Finally picking up some wind on this side!
He has rubbed me wrong for ages!
I personally had to call his office a few times top get a meth lab removed from my neighborhood. This was after alerting the cops who only alerted the labs that someone was talking and to lay low. He did send DEA, though I am not sure that anything has been done about the actual labs. Still tons of traffic through my little neighborhood, all brand new cars.... They're still moving drugs. They even had the audacity to say they would arrest me if I didn't stop calling.
I have met a few!
I almost feel bad for them, but they choose to act inhuman.
They need that $100 per head per night subsidy from the federal government for that seadoo they been lookin at!
My county alone pulls in anywhere from $8,000-$20,000 per month from their phone service!
