The human shield thing is old hat to dictators and cult leaders. I remember one incident in Iraq where we were taking fire constantly from a mosk and were forbidden by brass to do anything about it as it was a religious sight packed with women and children.
Funny how the locals on our side had no qualms about leveling the place with everyone in it when they came under fire.
Honestly depends on the target. If they have 50-100 civies over a biolab that can kill millions it'd be a no brainer, but if it's something like records or a data mine, well we have groups called throat-slitters for a reason.

It absolutely is not a counter lie. Do some research. The Ukraine is full of literal Nazis with the Azov Battalion leading. These pro Nazi units were built, armed and trained by the CIA and incorporated into the Ukraine national guard. They have engaged in 8 years of genocide against the people of Luhansk and Donetsk.
The globohomos are responsible for the arming, training and funding of these Nazis but Ukraine has a long history of hard core Nazi sympathy going back to WW2.
These Nazis have also been exported around the world. I have a strong suspicion that the worst of the "police" in Canada responsible for dispersing the Truckers in Ottawa were Ukraine Nazis. The January 6th protests feature pictures of Ukrainian Nazis. The expat community in the Pacific Northwest is full of Nazis working with antifa.
This Nazi army is used as a tool of terror by the Globohomos but they are true Nazis.

Regarding the "indiscriminate fire," I've seen video of Katyusha rocket bombardments of buildings in Kiev. Those are not precision-guided weapons. If the Russians are going to argue the Ukrainians are firing on their own cities, that's going to require proof.
Regarding the placement of weapons systems in civilian areas, I'll accept that part of this is out of necessity. European cities are compact and the systems aren't small. In order to find a place to set them up in an urban environment, they'll end up in parks and open spaces where civilians are found. The counter argument is that it is a tactic right out of Hamas' playbook and does in fact function to use civilians and civilian structures as human shields. I have no sympathy for that. The military target is there, the civilians shouldn't be. If a defending commander makes the mistake of confusing this, he's the one that owns those deaths, not the commander who took out the military asset.
The more I watch Zelensky, the less I like this guy. He fights like a cartel drug lord or a jihadi terrorist, with his balls instead of his brains, and with no regard for other people who get hurt in the process.
