I see your point, but the number cited is similar to how an infection mortality rate is defined: of those who become infected AND get sick, x percent die. In this case it's of those who get injected AND have a reaction, 3% die.
As a scientist, I don’t like this argument. As an emotional human whose government tried to force me to get the shot, I appreciate it. Not everyone got covid, but they wanted everyone to get the shot… death rates are likely going to be much higher and we are not done counting bodies.
Yes, the lumping of deaths of ANYONE who tested positive for covid (using the bogus test) and then died from ANYTHING, with those who truly died FROM covid (and even that total is questionable), was an evil, intentional maneuver. So many medical doctors and others need to, at a minimum, lose their medical license, and many, many, should go to jail, and perhaps some, should receive the death penalty.
LOL This is what popped up when I went to the link you provided!

So adverse events are unrelated to the drug being studied. It’s everything that can happen to a person that’s bad.
Say 20 people took your drug.
Within the study period one died of slipping on ice, and another died of electrocution from trying to wire their own house.
Both would be included in the study, but no one would take it seriously that they died because of the studied drug. That’s why adverse events are easy targets for people who try to take down antivaxxers, it’s as easy as defining an adverse event and it’s a continuing saga.
Someone who doesn’t know what an adverse event is gets laughed at by serious science. That’s why it’s important to help people understand, so they can look at studies properly.
It wasn't 3% mortality rate. It was 3% of people who had a adverse reaction, ended up dying!

The cure must not be worse the disease..
Insufficient power over our lives.
Remember when they said the kill rate for COVID was 3%? Yeah, I think they were already getting ready to cover their tracks.

Non-medical events are not included with "adverse events".
I’ll tell you…no one. And most of the public has forgotten Covid and are buying Ukraine flags that’s literally how stupid people are
Group herd mentality. It’s sickening.
Fauci, of course.
Forget that... There's still Jan 6th protestors we have to charge first./s
