The US Constitution says that a person can only be ELECTED twice. So, he was elected and served one term (2016-2020). As long as Jackass, or someone else (Cameltoe), serves 2 years, he can be "installed" as president to serve the remainder (2 years). Then he can run again and be elected a 2d time. In essence, he could serve this country for 10 years (1st term - 4 years; installed - 2 years; 2d term - 4 years).
I hear what you say but there could very well be another rule that calls the move to the presidency an "election". We need to know the exact wording because you can guarantee that if there is any possibility of preventing that final four year term the Dems and the DS will be all over it.
"Amendment 22 - Presidential Term Limits (Ratified 2/27/1951)
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once...." Then it talks about how it doesn't apply to anyone holding the office when the Article was proposed.

Yes, I saw that but I also saw this:
Correct, RE-elected. He was initially elected (2016). Then if he serves up to 2 years he can then be RE-elected.
