Allies in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) said today that they will not grant Ukraine's request for the implementation of no-fly zones.
"We are NOT part of this conflict, and we have a responsibility to ensure it does not escalate and spread beyond Ukraine,"
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg just told a news conference..
Do you have a name and link, please?
Mikhail Watford. Born Mikhail Tolstosheya. Found dead by hanging in his garage. I only found a handful of photos of him in a simple DDG image search which seems strange for a billionaire. It's hard to tell what's real anymore and what's being faked.

He lived on the Wentworth Estate, Virginia Waters, Surrey which is the U.K. equivalent to The Hamptons. Under the radar as far as Oligarchs go but the area is home to hundreds of them.
They have pretty much chosen this area to live as it ticks all their boxes. Close to London, best private schools, fly in and out of Farnborough Airport, top class dining, theatre opera and ballet.
The U.K. govt has pretty much been bribed by every single one of them. They all act as donors and have brought there ill gotten gains to invest in the City Of London and real estate

There have been a couple of oligarchs either poisoned or found dead in the last decade. When it happens the press blame Putin.
Thanks for the background. Just out of curiosity have your ever heard of this man before? News of his real estate deals? He and/or his wife out and about in the city at charity functions? It just seems odd (to me) that there are only a half dozen photos of this guy, feels like he was made up out of thin air.
Never heard of him .The name change is suspect, it suggests wanting to cleanse himself of his past, but strangely choosing Watford is likely to garner attention which is the opposite of how the oligarchs operate in the U.K.
Abramovich is the superstar oligarch. Young owned Chelsea, flamboyant but still able to keep a low profile.
There’s a number who also bought soccer teams that are known but keep quiet.
Then there are the ghost Oligarchs who have London as a base but no one ever sees them.
Occasionally a story will appear regarding a super yacht

If you ever visit the Mayfair area of London it’s quite common to see Oligarchs going for lunch. Bullet proof RangeRover, heavily built skinhead security and a 20 something blond model on the arm of a 60 plus year old man.
That's not the same UK oligarch that has a million dollar bounty on Putin is it? Let me check.
Nvm that is "former banker"
Alex Konanykhim
Tolstosheya -- fat-neck.
No wonder he changed his name to Watford!
That reptile face, kek.
Thanks so much
