Update: He reads two different viewpoints published by two different sources and analyses those two viewpoints. In the end he comes with this summary of his own, where he clearly argues that a Global Governance is what is needed to end the wars.
Verdict: Wolf, indeed. And his job is to capture people who can see the truth in the Ukraine conflict and nudge them towards "global governance"
I came away with a different meaning of what he he was calling for..
What was it?
He says he wants a "form" of global governance controlled by the population from the local level up, a BOTTOM to TOP hierarchy like the US republic system currently is instead of the other way around.
He just argues that that system should be democratic, such as towns voting on local policy to state policy to federal policy THEN to global policy. Instead of having 1 national leader/shadow power centers deciding all global decisions between countries behind closed doors behind the curtain.
e.g the population should have the final say in whether they go to war or not not a handful of people in the right seats of power.

I've boycotted him since his crazy anti-Gun / anti-Trump rants a few years back. No matter how many times a snake sheds it's skin, there's always just another snake revealed, the nature of the serpent I guess. I struggle back an forth if these people are even capable of change. I'd like to think so, but then, there's the story of the indian maiden who teaches us, "vipers aren't made for petting."

He is a Bernie stooge, and had some exposure to MK Ultra and the Satan clan but this clips inference is off base

I haven't watched Mr. Brand but this clip seems deceptive to me. In my perspective mr. brand seems to be genuinely spitballing looking for good alternatives to a vast complex issue that no one has solved and most of us are prone to slipping up with a few misguided good intentions. It sounds like he suggested a United States but of the World where each are individually governed but can unite under a unified cause. Easy to claim he is NWO considering his connections. I think it's hard to believe so many people are in the club and the only real way to judge someone's alignment is to hear them talk about their love of Jesus and I haven't heard brand talk about this. I watched death on the Nile recently and was surprised to see brand being employed and what was more difficult was dealing with cannibal armie hammers poor acting
