As soon as I read Mariupol I knew something was up. I'm expected to believe that it's Russia bombing Mariupol and not... oh I dunno, the government that's been regularly bombing Mariupol for the past 6 years?
I'm not committed to believing one version of events or another but the story of Russia murdering civilians for no other reason than to evilly twirl their moustaches isn't doing it for me. What is the maskie theory on this?
And now the government forces are refusing to dig people out of the rubble? Over a thousand trapped and you can't even get some civilian volunteers with shovels over there???
But the normies will lap it up and keep pushing how evil Russia/Putin is, even when it's proven that it was Azov/Ukraine military.

According to them, there are many dead civilians in the city, who have no one to bury. Radicals from the Ukrainian "Azov Regiment" repeatedly disrupted the evacuation of civilians, shooting those who tried to leave the city.

There has been civil war raging there for years. Something like 18k people have been killed in eastern Ukraine since the coup. I didn't have a specific event in mind.
The news reports are crap anyway since one side gets to retroactively call any civilians they accidentally kill terrorists. Same tactics the intel agencies used in the US during Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.
Oliver Stones documentary is a really good watch and I recommend trying to point normies toward that. Provides a lot of context that makes current reporting make way more sense.
