If I lived a thousand years I would buy land where I could plant a bunch of various trees and watch them grow and tend to them over my lifetime.

It'd just be so neat watching a small forest you built grow over such a long period of time.

We don't often get to see even a solid tree growth since they do so over such a long period but the idea of seeing it is so novel because of that, and it's something you invest time and effort into doing.

Also, it'd be cathartic to be honest.
