Why is there no such thing as a Nobel Prize in mathematics?
Because the rewarded research can absolutely be proved.
Imagine for one moment that scientists that can be corrupted to get the public falsely influenced by obscure research get rewarded with a million bucks (and the mainstream media will get everybody to cheer them):
- the economist who suggest to kolkhoze our lives, sterilize us and pour our neighborhoods with migrants
- the doctor who gets us to be jabbed with experimental DNA altering poison
- the chemist who comes with compounds such as graphene which can be used as much for the good as for the bad
- Obama who bombed innocent people to get his million
- the atom bender who makes invisible computers from rogue molecules
But then, demonstrate something interesting regarding prime or complex numbers and you won’t get as much from the warmongers.
I typed that quite hastily so there might be more relevant examples (except Obama’s) but you get the idea…
I've had an epiphany too. Why is there a 'Peace Prize' for invariably warmongering cunts like OBASTURD.
How soon everyone forgets that Trump was nominated not once but thrice shortly before he 'lost' to 81 million pieces of shitted toilet paper.
I am happy Trump did not get the globalist Nobel prize.
Like Trump said - Peace was the Prize and I always choke up when I remember that.
Perhaps one day there will be "Trump Peace Prize" for those who really brought about peace - or simply given to any world leader who did not start a new war.
I may be wrong about this, but I believe the answer to this is way more petty than it should be.
Im pretty sure the reason there is no Mathematics Nobel Prize is something to do with Nobel's Wife having an affair with a Mathematician and so out of spite the field wasn't included in the categories for the prize.
But there are other prizes out there for mathematics with large prizes that are similar to winning a Nobel prize. An example is being able to solve one of the big 6, and you can win $1M
Dang it. I came to post the exact same thing.my differential equations professor enlightened us about it.
Narrative Rule #1 - when they give you a cute/interesting/coincidental reasoning for anything, you can be sure there is something big they are trying to hide.
If this has been floated as an official reasoning, it would confirm to me there was some more real reason behind this.
Oh my stars, was Alfred Nobel the original "My Wife's Boyfriend"?
Winning a Field's medal in Mathematics is easily as prestigious as a Nobel prize, although the financial incentive is decidedly less. There is also no Nobel prize in Economics. A similar award was added later by bankers looking to reward their own, but it can not officially be called a Nobel prize.
Whether or not the main intent by Alfred Nobel was to establish a system of control is an interesting hypothesis. But I actually think it to be more likely that it was born of a genuine desire to fund scientific advancement, and was only later corrupted by the globalist establishment.
I have never seen any Field Medalist being paraded to shape humanities future, whereas all they do with Nobel Prize winners is exactly that.
Most advances in mathematics that would win such a prize wouldn't have wide interest or general impact that an advancement in medicine or physics or chemistry may have. Those prizes are usually handed out for things that will greatly affect a wide array of technology going forward, whereas the math prize may just be someone solving a long old proof, or inventing a new form of math or something.
Depending on your worldview you will look at things like this differently.
Worldview "Nobel prize cares about humanity" - then your explanation makes sense.
Worldview "Nobel prize is a globalist tool to reshape humanity" - then the explanation will be different
You might have something. Globalist prizes cannot be objective, they always need to be subjective.
Either the discovery is not to be used the way they announce, or it’s just supposed to keep us off guard.
If you've ever wondered why you never won any awards in your life, here's your answer:
It's a big club, and you ain't in it.
Wear this like a badge of honor...because it is.
I’m not sure I understand. There is a Nobel in physics, which is essentially just applied math. Nobel prices for medicine are often awarded for physiological discoveries.
Nothing in science is good or bad, it’s about how people use it. Nitroglycerin is a bomb in large quantities and a heart medication in small quantities.
Hell, even splitting the atom only promises a lot of energy. It’s an awesome discovery. How will we use the energy from that discovery? That’s a different question, but it doesn’t take away from the discovery itself.
Is it possible the Nobel is just a coordinated popularity campaign? Absolutely! Plenty of worthy people get snubbed, and plenty of people get awarded for doing almost nothing but being famous (like a certain former POTUS).
And there are plenty of Nobel winners that were either wrong, or went on to endorse insane beliefs on the credibility of “having a Nobel.”
Even Nobel himself was basically a weapons manufacturer. The Nobel prize was a private award he established with his own name on it. Nobody assumes there was a very objective or altruistic goal in the establishment of this award.
I don’t think you can necessarily identify an evil plot just by it receiving a mainstream scientific award. That’s no better than blindly accepting or rejecting whatever you see on the news. There’s no reason to give the mainstream academic ceremonies that much control over what you believe.
Also, FWIW, Obama donated his prize money to charity.
