Somehow Serbia became Pakistan In the 2nd panel of this meme but either way this is the first opponent that’s not wearing sweatpants. The Russian army looks just like ours and are equally equipped in some Respects.
They are definitely not equally equipped as the US...very far from it. But they are also definitely a step or three above the sweatpants-wearers.
